By using The Casino Labs, you agree to these terms and the Simulation Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Permitted use

You may use the website for personal education and entertainment. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, misrepresent simulated results, or use it to facilitate unlawful activity.

No gambling service

The website offers no facility for gambling. It accepts no stake or deposit, awards no money or prize and provides no withdrawal. Practice credits have no monetary value.

Intellectual property

The website’s original code, design, copy and The Casino Labs branding are operated as part of this independent project, subject to any applicable third-party rights and licences. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be withdrawn. We may correct errors, reset incompatible locally stored data or suspend access for security and maintenance.

Liability

Nothing limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that qualification, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet a particular purpose, produce a particular outcome or always be available.

Governing law

Before launch, the operator should confirm the appropriate governing-law and jurisdiction wording with a UK solicitor based on its identity and location.
