Privacy policy

Updated 1 August 2026 · Hosting and advertising-vendor details must be added when selected

The current simulators save practice sessions in your browser. Those local records are not transmitted to us.

Who controls your data

The Casino Labs is an independent educational project operated by two individuals in the United Kingdom. The operators jointly determine how information connected with this website is handled. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to thecasinolabs@gmail.com. We do not publish the operators’ home addresses; a suitable service address will be added if professional advice confirms that one is legally required for the final arrangement.

Information stored locally

The simulators use browser local storage to remember settings, fictional balances and hand or spin history. This information remains on your device unless you export it. You can remove it with each simulator’s Reset button or by clearing browser site data.

Information a public host may process

When published, the hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and security events to deliver and protect the service. Insert the selected host, purposes, lawful basis, retention and international-transfer safeguards before launch.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current build does not load Google Analytics, Google AdSense or another third-party advertising service. It includes privacy controls that remember a visitor’s choices and keep optional analytics and advertising categories off unless allowed. Our Cookies & Storage Policy lists the local records currently used. Before AdSense or analytics is activated, this notice must be completed with the provider, purposes, lawful bases, storage, retention, recipients and international-transfer information. For UK/EEA advertising, the controls must also be connected to a Google-certified consent-management platform.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to processing, and receive portable data. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Send privacy requests to thecasinolabs@gmail.com.

Children

The service is not designed to collect information from children. We do not knowingly request dates of birth, names, contact information or profiles from children.

Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page. The operator should keep a record of policy versions and review this notice whenever vendors or processing activities change.
