Simulation disclaimer

Draft prepared 1 August 2026 · Review before public launch

The Casino Labs uses simulated credits only. It does not accept deposits, enable real-money gambling, award prizes or permit withdrawals.

Educational purpose

The website is provided for general education and entertainment. It demonstrates probability, variance, decision-making and hypothetical bankroll management. Nothing on the website constitutes gambling, financial, investment, legal or professional advice.

No prediction or guarantee

Past and current simulated results do not predict future results. A strategy, progression or decision that performs well in a simulation may lose in another simulation or in real-world play. No staking method changes the underlying probability of an independent random event or guarantees profit.

Differences from real play

Real venues may use different rules, shuffling processes, table limits, payouts, opponents, fees, timing and equipment. Software random-number generation and simplified opponent models cannot reproduce every real-world condition. Results may therefore differ materially.

Practice balances have no value

All balances, winnings, losses and profit banks displayed by the tools are fictional accounting units labelled in currency for easier modelling. They are not money, cannot be purchased, transferred to another person, redeemed or withdrawn, and confer no legal or beneficial ownership.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to describe simulator assumptions clearly, but we do not promise that the website is error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Users should independently verify important calculations. To the extent permitted by law, use is at the user’s own risk. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Age and responsible use

The website is designed as an adult-oriented probability resource. It must not be used as encouragement to gamble. If simulations increase an urge to gamble or cause distress, stop using them and consult the resources on our Responsible Play page.

Pre-launch legal review

This is a compliance-oriented draft, not a solicitor’s opinion. The operator should obtain UK legal review before launch, particularly if it later adds user accounts, payments, prizes, competitions, gambling-operator advertising or affiliate links.
