By using The Casino Labs, you agree to these terms and the Simulation Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Who may use the service
The Casino Labs is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is an educational simulation service and is not directed at children. No account, deposit or purchase is available.
Permitted use
You may use the website for personal education and entertainment. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, misrepresent simulated results, bypass security controls or use it to facilitate unlawful activity.
No gambling service
The website offers no facility for gambling. It accepts no stake or deposit, awards no money or prize and provides no withdrawal. Practice credits have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred.
No guarantee or advice
Simulator outputs are randomised educational results, not predictions, financial advice or evidence that a betting system will be profitable. Results may differ from real games because rules, execution, opponents and chance vary. You remain responsible for how you interpret or use the information.
Intellectual property
The website’s original code, design, copy and The Casino Labs branding are operated as part of this independent project, subject to applicable third-party rights and licences. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be withdrawn. We may correct errors, reset incompatible locally stored data or suspend access for security and maintenance. We do not guarantee continuous availability.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those qualifications, the free service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet a particular purpose, produce a particular outcome or always be available.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply to you.
